Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at laimislukminas06@icloud.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days on standard shipping, or 1–2 business days with express. EU and international orders take 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the EU, US, Canada, Australia, and many more countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Some products are fulfilled by different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at laimislukminas06@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Are beauty and makeup products safe to use?
All beauty products listed on ShelfYard meet standard safety requirements. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
